Hey guys

So I just received the best news possible at this time and that is that the laptop I use for my summary notes is now utterly obliterated. And I don’t mean that as an understatement. Long story short – my sister needed to borrow my laptop for a couple of hours while she went into work this morning since hers wasn’t working. She had the laptop in hand while walking down the stairs of a carpark, where she managed to drop the laptop into the space between the stairs where it fell and just kept on falling. The rest you can imagine. She just called me to say that now there are 2 that aren’t working and that mine would probably not see the light of day. I'm taking whats left of it to see what can be done about it, but it's not looking good. I’ve just spoken with the university and they said they’d give me a call back about it, which is odd, but im pretty sure they aren’t going to help me out here. 

At the moment im kind of lucky(?) that me and a friend take 2 of the same subjects, but not the other 2. I’m coming to you guys to see if anyone has had an experience like this and can shed some light? Or for those who are willing to help me, those subjects where biological psychology (PSYC20006) and principles of neuroscience (NEUR30003) – I don’t have any summary notes of the lectures anymore so I’m starting from scratch in the meantime. I’m willing to compensate anyone that can help (PM me). Please, like I can’t even describe how much it would mean to me.

Try asking for special consideration. No clue if the request will be granted or not but it can't hurt.

They gave me a call back and said my best option was to do that, although she said it was unlikely.
