URGENT!!! how do i solve this further maths question??

Please help me solve this , and if i am doing it cas should i be using the solve function? but i am not sure how to put the equation

The value of a car has dropped from $27000 to $19766.50 in 4 years. Determine the reducing-balance depreciation rate (per annum)

CAS ways -->

Solve((1-R/100)^4*27000=19766.5,r) r=7.5%

Finance solver~
N=4
I=?....7.5%
Pv=27000
Pmt=0
Fv=-19766.5
Ppy/cpy=1
Pmtat=end
