i wouldn't bother only because you don't want to be wasting time by putting all your effort or writing too much in questions with lower marks where you could put this into 4-8 markers, as a 2 marker question, it's most likely is just asking you to 'outline' or 'identify' which would mean you could very easily get the 2 marks without an example, hope this helps :)
obviously unless they ask for one but i don't think that's likely

It really depends on what the question is and the marking criteria of the question

I agree with Nicki  :)2 marks are usually identify and describe questions.
4-8 marks require examples to support answers

if a question asks you to define a b/s term just in case give an example

Typically you shouldn't as there isn't a lot of space and you want to make sure that you first answer the question properly, however if it explicitly says "support with examples" then you should add something in about a specific business. MAKE SURE to take key note of whether "example" is in plural form or singular form. Obviosly if the question asks you for "examples" then you will be penalized for not providing more than one example.
