Hey,

How back should I go when doing practice papers for pdhpe? I have done 2010-2014 and a few others in the 2000s but the ones in the 2000s sometiems have questions that are not in the current pdhpe syllabus. So any tips? Should I still do all the papers from 2001-2009...?

Thank you :)

Maybe you can mark the questions that still relate to the syllabus now. Alos, if possible get your hands on trial papers for PDHPE.

For Option 4 (improving performance), the point in the syllabus next to 'planning a training year' says 'develop a periodisation chart of the fitness and skill-specific requirements of a particular sport'. i dont understand what it means, can someone please explain?
