Recent changes/recommendations to the legal system

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding Unit 4 AOS 2.

In relation to recent changes/recommendations to the legal system, are we supposed to evaluate these? Or, are we only supposed to be able to evaluate possible reforms to the adversary system and the jury system?

If we are required to evaluate the latter, where is everyone finding points to substantiate an evaluation because my textbook does not go into an evaluation about these elements.
