Access Melbourne Scholarship?

Hi,

I am thinking of putting my first preference down as Melbourne Arts (Politics and International Relations) and saw the access scholarship.

I understand this is dependant on your SEAS application. I was wondering if people could share with me what Atar and what they applied for under SEAS to get this scholarship (or to not recieve it)

I am currently going for an atar of 90-95 and am applying for SEAS under difficult financial circumstances, disability, and personal hardships.

I definitely qualified for both rural background and financial disadvantage but did not receive the scholarship. However, my brother did with an ATAR 0.4 higher. Hope this helps.
