I've been told it looks like a dark fox with white eyes haha, but that's far from the reality.
It's actually a picture of my favourite brain MRI sign: the infamous "mickey mouse sign" of the midbrain (part of the brainstem), which can be associated with a neurological condition called 'progressive supranuclear palsy' - basically think of Parkinson's with some visual problems and faster dementia - not good.
