For the further exam 2, do we need to write the answer in a full sentence ???

It really depends on the question.

For most, a one word or simple numerical answer would suffice.
However, for questions such as calculating why a value is an outlier, one mark comes from your calculation, and the other mark comes from your sentence for example: 80 cars is less then the lower fence of 90 cars and is therefore an outlier.

So usually one word or numbers will be fine, especially for one mark questions
