In terms of Business that tutor as well: Break Through Education ( Glen Waverley and Box Hill ), Tye and English ( Glen Wav as well ) and I think EduKingdom offers EL tuition as well.

Some actual Teachers also tutor EL so I recommend going to tutorfinder.com and searching up EL teachers offering their services.
