We haven't gone through discussing effective design in class, should we be answering the pros or cons, should we be talking about how it adds to the design, or something else?

How would we consider the "used effectively" part of this question: Identify and describe on dominant design element and discuss how it has been used effectively in this design.
2015: Software Development [36 = 33.27]
