ATAR Notes Awards 2016 - VIC Nominations

Previously, ONLY the overall MVP awards were not allowed for nat mods? Is this change intentional? (i.e. we could be funny or good at English or IRC freaks, not just scary mods...)
i.e. I don't want to be robbed of my chance to get just one award :( ;)

Was gonna nominate a few too to be srs, but they've all been nominated. And when the time comes, do as Obama says and VOTE :D
