Chemistry 2?

I want to major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and I'm planning on taking Advanced Chemistry for Biosciences, which should satisfy my chemistry prerequisites for my major, but should I also do Chemistry 2, just in case? How much overlap is there between the two?
