Would I would do here is enter the 12 data points that you're given into a spreedsheet on your calculator, the apply the log from there. I'm using the TI, so if you use a casio the process might be diffferent.

To perform the log calculation, enter into the section below the name '1.0 * log10(income)'. The leading 1.0 is completely unnecessary if your calculator is locked into approximate answers, but if you're set to 'auto', it approximates the answer without you having to change your settings. After that, you could make a histogram on your calculator and copy it directly, or sort the data (Menu > 1: Actions > 6: Sort) and count out each. As far as I can tell, your class intervals are '0-1', then '1-2', and so on.
Attached below is how I would answer; the purple and the green graphs are different because I'm unsure as to whether the class interval of one calls for all numbers between 3-4, or if it should be split into quarterly intervals as shown on the graph. Either way, the general shape is the same.
