coffee
elysepopplewell:
At the end of last year I tried to experiment with replacing coffee for lots of water and I think the results were preettty convincing. I love the taste of coffee, so I definitely still drink it. I found that a lot of the time when I was feeling tired to get through the day, I'd have a whole bottle of water and I'd be feeling alive and awake again. I think we all probably don't drink enough water...so on a daily situation, turn to more water. On an all-nighter situation...ok, coffee it is.

I'm a bit late but this is some advice that a teacher has given:
Have a coffee then take a power nap (10 - 30 min ) straight away, by the time you wake up you feel refreshed and the caffeine would've started working then you can get productive work done (hopefully)

I only use coffee when I need it, so I don't build a tolerance to it :)

Hmm... I thought coffee was bad for you.
The comment regarding its health benefits makes me feel much better about my minimum-two-a-day habit.

If you have it in high concentrations then you're stacking up on caffeine. This is bad.
A bit of coffee every day has no major complications.
