Hi all, I'm going into 2nd year commerce and considering the property breadth track but there's very little information (in terms of reviews / opinions) about it online. If you've completed any of these core property subjects (see below), please share your thoughts!

ABPL20031 - Principles of Property
ABPL20004 - Principles of Property Valuation
ABPL30006 - Property Resource Analysis
ABPL30012 - Property Management

Also interested in hearing about the Master of Property :)
2014-2015: VCE
2016-2018: Commerce @ UoM

if i were you id also consider the finance property subjects like introduction to real estate analysis and real estate finance. very quantitative and rigorous but quite useful. intro to real estate analysis makes you have to write your own legitimate research essay on your own topic using real ABS data and seeing if your hypothesis is legit or not
