Access Melbourne Guaranteed Entry????? (BCOM)

I was just wondering whether or not the Access Melbourne program provides absolute guaranteed entry for their courses, knowing that student numbers may change each year?
I plan to study Commerce at Unimelb next year as my undergraduate study. I've applied for SEAS under the financial category and 2 other categories. My ATAR was 91.95 greater than the 88 com access cut off and I’ve also met all the course pre-requisites.
I’m not entirely sure if I’m eligible for Access Melbourne, however I received an Access Melbourne Scholarship this year, which I accepted. I understand that this scholarship does not provide me a placement at the University, but would it be a good indicator to show that I am guaranteed a position at the uni through their Access program? Or at least be eligible for their access program? I've met all requirements and achieved the ATAR, would there be any reason why they would not accept my application?
Thanks in advance.

As long as you applied under financial category (category 4 from memory) and supplied all the necessary documents (i.e Centrelink etc), as well as met the prerequisites for your course, you are guaranteed entry into your course. Sound's too easy right? Well it's true :) Congratulations :)
