Got email from VTAC but not Melbourne Uni...?

This morning I received email from VTAC saying I was offered a place at Melbourne for commerce. However, I never received any email from the uni? Should this be coming later or in a letter? Also, how long do I have to accept my offer? Thanks

have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes the email goes there!
