Actually, that time and date is not yet definite, but it's an idea. What do you guys think? Is that time convenient? Once this becomes more organised I'll probably start a new thread. Also a show of hands would be helpful. :)

Not sure, but the activities start at 12, so we'd have an hour to do random things. :)
