Thanks so much for that update! We'll get that fixed - I think the explanation should be correct still (I'm looking at my digital final version which might differ slightly from the published version) - So the reasoning provided below the answer itself should still point you to the correct answer of A (just in case any confusion was caused)!!

We're working full steam ahead to make sure you have the set asap ;) I'm not sure what the sale (or otherwise) plans are for any subsequent posters! We'll definitely keep you informed though ;D
