Hey Andyling!!
I don't really know the amount of students who sit the exam but it was around 25-30 the year I sat the exam in 2015 (this will vary from year to year). The amount of students being accepted depends on the number of Nossal students in year 10 that year(who will be yr 11s the year after you sit the exam). There should be a maximum of 208 students per year level so if there are any vacancies, Nossal will accept more students. Normally only around 1-2 students get in, but last year there were 7-8 students who got into yr 11, including myself.  Hope this helps and good luck if you decide to try out for the exam!:)

Hey Andyling,
You can purchase some practice questions from edutest when you register for the exam. I'm pretty sure there must be other companies out there who also offer practice questions, but I don't really know which ones, as I only bought the ones from edutest. Sorry I can't assist you in this area but I hope this sorta helps....

I sat the exam for year 11 entry (2018) for Suzanne Cory High School earlier today. I'm assuming both of the exams were the same? Just to confirm if it was the same, can you please tell me the writing prompts you were given? Also let me know of your experience with each exam.
