English essay writing routine

Hey,

I am finding it hard to establish a good essay writing routine throughout the week.
Any suggestions on a good routine?? What should peeps aiming for 40+ do? How many essays a week?
I've only written two and I have a SAC in 9 days.

Thanks, any personal experience or advice would be helpful.

Honestly try and write one a week then leading up to the SAC write maybe two or three to time with using prompts you have not yet looked at
