how do i turn Arg(z-1+i)=alpha into Cartesian form, i need this asap plzz help

You know arg(z-(1-i))= alpha and from that form you know the open circle is at ( 1,-1) it's a linear line and the gradient of it is tan(alpha). So the line is tan(alpha)x+c the sub 1,-1 to get your line in terms of alpha it really depends what alpha is
