Hey Elyse, I'm working on my assessment task right now and it asks us to identify FOUR techniques and explain their effect and how it links with Discovery.
Though, I'm indecisive about which one I should include for my last one... on Mid Term Break - Seamus Heaney
Which one would be better to show discovery? Cause to me, they are good but unfortunately I can only include four techniques to discuss.

Hey! I know Elyse is going to be a little quiet on the forums the next day or two - I think I like the first one better, but I don't think I've ever heard of a colloquium before! Could you explain what that technique is? :)

Hey Jamon! Thanks for the heads up and getting back to me :)
Colloquialism is a when the composer incorporates informal language. OR is it not? Lol... My teacher haven't mind me using that as a technique, they've done it themselves. So I'm guessing it would be okay to even use in the HSC itself...

Oh colloquialism! You misspelled it in your previous post, that's what got me confused!
No dramas then - In that case I definitely think the first one looks better ;D
