UoM Calculus and Probability online -- to fulfil methods preq

Just looking for some input on completing UoM's methods 3/4 equivalent course: Calculus and Probability online. I am in year 11 and am sort of teaching myself 1/2 methods with the help of a tutor, but am unsure on weather I will be able to do 3/4 methods. After a bit of research I found this subject offered by UoM and find it quite intreging.

Am wondering if people would suggest it, if not got any alternatives? did you find it an easy study? Did it take up a lot of time? and how did you prepare for it?

Any input is appropriated  :).
