Module C and the Discovery essay are two seperate sections in two seperate papers so there is no need to fret about any overlap or repetition (except mixing it up and not answering the question). They are marked separately and do not come together in the HSC.

i'm also doing billy elliot, and any ya novels work quite well (especially the cliche ones like divergent or city of bones from the mortal instruments series) but if you're running out of time there are lots of great poems (i can't think of them right now, sorry!)

Yikes im so stressed, I've read divergent so maybe i'll intergrate that into my essay
Thanks so much

THANK YOU AMAZING ATAR NOTES PEOPLE

iv heard that HSC markers get annoyed when we use trending texts instead of texts that seem sophisticated
and also if you do sophistcated texts like famous poems you have more chances of getting better marks
how true is this??

Hey! While doing a more 'sophisticated' text may give you more techniques to include, which could lead to more marks that way, the idea that using a specific text makes you more likely to succeed by itself is pretty false! It's what you do with it that counts ;D
