CSSA 2017 Crime Predictions?

Pretty sure they did Young Offenders once in the last two years, so I doubt it.

lucyjayne :
I'm not sure if my teacher has taken the question from this years CSSA trial because he told me he gets them from heaps so that we can't cheat and get a copy illegally, but his study guide told us that our crime question is largely focused on the Criminal Trial Process "With an ability to utilise other aspects of the syllabus"

I think the Crime question for the HSC could definitely be something on Law Reform - That is Elyse and I's pick for it at least! That could be the case for the CSSA too, who knows! I think it is unlikely to be international crime or young offenders since those were asked in the HSC Exams last year and the year before :)

Usually if the school has the CSSA Paper, you sit it, so if you are sitting a Trial written by your school that question is not likely to be from the CSSA (plus there are all sorts of restrictions on how the exams are supposed to be handled until the date they are timetabled to be sat on) ;D

By Law reform are we focusing on the investigation process or the sentencing and punishment?

Chances are, if they asked it, you would be allowed to discuss it quite broadly! So sentencing, investigation, trial - Anything you think demonstrates an effective change to the law (or perhaps ineffective as the case may be) ;D
