Best foods to eat before a morning exam?
paigek3:
Three hour exams are looooong and when they start in the morning I find it hard to fill myself up enough not to get hungry within that time period, especially because with pre-exam nerves I find it hard to eat anyways. Does anyone have good breakfast foods that will keep me full? And are easy to digest too haha

One of my faves before an exam is a bowl of muesli and bran with some dried fruit and a large dollop of yogurt on top. keeps me going and focussed for hours.
Or if I feel capable in the time and it won't rush me, I'll cook myself a bacon and eggs on toast breakfast.
But generally the large bowl of muesli, cereal, dried fruit and yogurt. As I can pour it into a bowl and even eat and drive to school if I'm feeling the time pressure

I am always scared anything dairy/milky will make me feel even more sick but I guess with some fibre it will probably balance it out a bit more - thank you!

Yeah there is that possibility, but I generally have it more dry then wet. Only using enough Milk to dampen everything, but not drink from the bottom of the bowl.
Plus if for some reason I'm feeling peckish before the exam, I have one of the Carman Muesli bars they have available at Coles and Woolies. They're one of my favourite brands on bars. Full of nuts and protein to keep me focused.
And to top it off they have a coffee flavoured bar which just makes me happy!

I'm the same. I don't really like breakfast but on the morning of an exam, I make sure I have something. I usually make a smoothie with lots of fruit and a bit of yoghurt. I try to have toast as well but I always make sure I have nuts as they give a lot of energy and are easy to eat.
