tsfx chem 08=09 exams

Should I not waste my time on the TSFX papers?

Can anyone who has done it tell me if its worth doing or utterly a waste of time

ie. The solutions overcomplexes the actual theory need;brings in new concepts

or The questions are wordly badly

or another


In other words, how are the 2 latest papers from TSFX? worth doing?

Nope, not yet, all teachers well most should be getting them soon. Some people who go to the weekly classes do, those lucky ppl
Just asking before hand so I wouldnt waste time.

Well, put it this way, TSFX exams are difficult, ambiguous and are 'barely-within-the-scope-of-vce'.

(im assuming) they are specifically designed to make you fail their exam and demoralise you, ultimately making you feel like you know sh*t all about unit 4 chem and thus you are more likely to buy a $150 ticket to their revision lecture  

(only do them if you have completed all the other trial exams you have and you feel your ready for a challenge

um, the 09 exams are probz not ready yet and there are no weekly classes this week. students only get hard copies. but to be honest, by the time weekly students get those trial exams, the digital version's probably already flying everywhere around victoria , TSFX is known for its advertising strength. From my observation of this midyear, it is very likely that you will have access to it very soon, either through VN or your school.
