Can someone explain this in their own way (or the way they've been taught) to me? I'm really not sure of whether I'm understanding this part of the final outcome correctly. My SAC is soon (like, in under two hours) but even if I don't do well on that part of my sac, I'd like to know it well for the exam  :)
Help appreciated!

Okay so these strategies basically refer to things a business changes within their business to gain more profit and customer.
Domestic opportunities are strategies that a business uses to increases customer base, profit and market share within a single country [such as franchising]
Global oppurtunities refer to strategies a business does to gain more customers and profit worldwide, such as exporting [a business does this so they can increases customers globally]

Hope this helped, feel free to ask more questions not this.

Hey there,

Management strategies to seek new opportunities globally refers to new business opportunities that arise, allowing a business to expand into the international market. There are a wide variety of global strategies a business can pursue, with some of the common ones consisting of 'Online Shopping/Website Development', 'Exportation', and even support from Government Bodies, such as 'AusTrade.' Through all these strategies, the business will be able to target its product beyond its domestic market, in the form of physically achieving this feat, or gaining support, knowledge, and education on how to achieve this.

Hope your SAC went okay! I have mine tomorrow!!

Thank you both for your help!

I went pretty well on the sac, it turns out there wasn't too much detail needed, and all we had to do was identify the strategies from the case study and apply it, just ran out of time to have really strong, full mark answers. Oh well, can't always win!
