Easier to keep consistency. Definitely planning to build up distance again, though.

Have you had any success in building up the distance at all, or has the cold winter been a bit of a turn off from running?

I think the last time I went running was the summer of 1942. 🤔

Cold definitely not a motivating factor, and work has been busy. Definitely just excuses, but that's what I'm running (HAHA) with for now.

What's your advice?

Yeah but hot showers after being out in the cold are amazing.
