Definitions and Postulates of Special Relativity

Hi,

Is this a sufficient definition for the Principle of Relativity – “It states that it is not possible to perform an experiment within an inertial frame of reference to detect the motion of that frame of reference.”?
Are these sufficient postulates for special relativity; The principle of relativity holds in all inertial frames of reference. AND The speed of light is constant in a vacuum for all inertial frames of reference.

If I were to add anything, it'll be that t states that it is not possible to perform an experiment within an inertial frame of reference to detect the motion of that frame of reference Without an external frame of reference
