What is everyone doing in the way of notes for pe?
I've got two notebooks full of notes that i did throughout the year, but i find that i keep forgetting a lot of the basic stuff.
Any hints such as mind maps, palm cards or anything that you found helpful?

Yeah i've started to find that all the stuff comes back to you the more practice exam questions you do.
Thanks for the tips, ill definitely be getting some mnemonic devices going for natural ergogenic aids and chronic adaptations.. Just can't quite seem to remember them

Phys Ed A+ notes questions are also quite good and provide a bit more challenging type of question
