at what percentage of our VO2 max do we begin working above our LIP? I thought it was above 100% and up to 200%, but I now have conflicting resources. Also at what % of our Max HR should we train at in order to improve the ATP-PC system is it above 95% or am I incorrect?

Sorry I don't know about the rest of it, by my teacher (VCAA assessor) says 70-85 aerobic, 85-95 anaerobic glycolysis, 95+ ATP-PC.
