Floatzel98:
Update - Physics has been interesting this year. The last math unit I took was disappointing unfortunately - it was terribly taught and quite boring until the last few weeks.

Vaike:
Ordering the units I've done wasn't particularly easy; as I must admit I haven't really had strong feelings about the majority of them. However, with the way I'm feeling today, the order might look something like this:

MTH1030 - Techniques for modelling  (teaching was super engaging for this unit, thanks Burkard)
FIT1045 - Introduction to algorithms and python
MTH2010 - Multivariable calculus
FIT1008 - Intro to computer science
CHM1051 - Chemistry I (first year chemistry units have been a bit dry tbh)
CHM1052 - Chemistry II
SCI2015 - Scientific practice and communication (writing a 3000 word literature review will be the end of me I fear)

PHS1011 - Classical physics and relativity (this unit was run so poorly that I couldn't stomach doing another physics unit this semester)

beatroot:
Thought it be appropriate to list down ALL my first year units into one list now that I'm done with uni for the year!

* SCRN1027: Story 1 (Screenwriting) (love love love love my tutor for Story! The best tutor I've had at uni so far. The tasks are very engaging and challenging as well)
* SCRN1030: Character & Performance 1 (Directing) (I didn't like directing at first but my tutor for this subject was super engaging as well and was so nice. She drew me towards directing because she approached it from an actor's perspective which was interesting)
* SCRN1033: Short Form Production (I have learnt so much in this subject more than all my subjects combined honestly. The stress was worth it!)
* SCRN1028: Image 1 (Cinematography)
* SCRN1031: Rhythm & Juxtaposition 1 (Editing) (lowkey expected more in this subject honestly)
* SCRN1029: Visual Storytelling
* SCRN1026: Screen Business 1 (Producing)
* Screen Studies
* Seminars
* SCRN1032: Sound 1 (Sound) (I just couldn't engage with the subject at all because it got too technical with frequency waves and whatnot)

Monash University

1. BMS2031 - Body Systems
2. BMS2011 - Structure of the Human Body
3. BMS2042 - Human Genetics
4. BMS1062 - Molecular Biology
5. BMS1011 - Biomedical Chemistry
6. BMS1052 - Human Neurobiology
7. BMS1021 - Cells, Tissues and Organisms
8. CHM1011 - Chemistry I
9. MTH2010 - Multivariable Calculus
10. BMS2021 - Human Molecular Cell Biology
11. BMS2052 - Microbes in health and disease
12. BMS1042 - Public Health and Preventitive Medicine
13. MTH1030 - Techniques for modelling
14. CHM1022 - Chemistry II
15. BMS1031 - Medical Biophysics
16. BMS2062 - Introduction to bioinformatics

I probably should add that i've liked all my subjects so even the stuff towards the bottom have been good. As for the new additions, BMS2042 is one of the best untis i've done - really well run and lectures are really interesting. BMS2052 - I went in not really liking or being interested in microbiology from what I had done in first year but this subject changed my perspective and it became very valuable for me. BMS2062 is ranked last but will still a decent unit apart from the assessment having really bad weightings. For 10 out of the 12 weeks we needed to submit "practical reports" which was really just answering questions but they take a lot of time to do (especially if you are trying to perfect them) and only worth 1.8% each. Also those pracs where 3 hours for work we could've just done at home  :o. Just a lot of minor assessments which was pretty annoying.
