Related Text - help!!!

hey guys,

i'm just starting my hsc this term and i'm struggling to find discovery related texts that haven't been overused. i've read earnest hemmingway's 'the old man and the sea' and my teacher said it was good to use (to compare to the tempest) but idk how i could relate the discoveries in either text.
anyone read it ad can offer some help??

Welcome to the forums Jess! I can't offer much help for that related text, but I thought I'd link you to this list of suggestions in case you end up going a different way. Lots of suggestions in various forms, and of varying popularity - Don't focus on being different though! Focus on being effective - A lot of people choose the same related text for a reason, because they are usually a good pick! But the fact you want to really find something that works for you is awesome - This could also be great reading! Good luck ;D
