96 is the Minimum ENTER to be considered for BComm, but is not guaranteed (though is likely you get in with 96).

37 in spesh allows you to take the prerequisite subjects, otherwise you will have to take additional subjects. I would link you to the subject handbook but it seems to be down.

It's 95.2 for clearly-in and a minimum of 92 last year.  The fringe was 92.10

But getting 92 doesn't mean you'll get in though.

I believe in UoMs case pretty much all of the people who get under 95.2 got in through their access scheme thingy

But what if you can't apply for SEAS because you don't fall under those categories?  What if you're a normal applicant and got between 92-95.2?

My understanding is that you will most likely be screwed, the demand is too high. I heard this from a UoM Comm faculty rep who came to my school to speak (advertise).

Damn.  That pretty much stuffs me up.  But I'll leave it as my top preference anyway even if I get 92+, just to see what happens this year although I'll doubt demand will change much from last year.  Thanks.

Yeah just to confirm, if you get below the Clearly-In score without SEAS you won't be considered. I remember being so annoyed at this last year.

Unfortunately yes. [But for you that score could go up or down remember]

But knowing UoM and because it's commerce, I highly doubt we'll see any major fluctuations.

Hey Revel, do you remember what the Clearly-In was in 2008 (first year of the model)?

Yeah, the 2008 Clearly-In was 95.6. I remember everyone was saying the 2009 Clearly-In score was going to rise even higher, but it didn't. So stay positive because you might just suprise yourself. When I got my ENTER last year it was below the Clearly-In of that year, but the 09 score ended up dropping so you never know what will happen.

Wow, you must have felt so shit after getting your ENTER last year.  But then to receive the news that you got into B.Com, you must have partied pretty hard lol.  :)

Hopefully most people applying for commerce this year get an ENTER of lower than 95.2 so that the clearly-in will drop even more.  :P

Haha suprisingly no, because I was expecting 90ish and was hoping desperately for Commerce at Monash Clayton. So I was extremely happy because that score pretty much garunteed me entry to Monash and getting into Melbourne was just a bonus.

Just goes to show you never know how things can end up so stick at you're almost there!
