hey i did all the chapters and put extra information stuck on it from my textbook and fold here and there of the extra so it could fit in... is that allowed????

Everything must be in the book - and unable to fall out. IE - Shaking the book should ensure no pages fall out. From what I know, no - you can't have papers that are stuck in that unfold.

From what I know, no - you can't have papers that are stuck in that unfold.

Yes, I can confirm that.  The rules say:

The bound reference must be in book format of A4 size or smaller when closed.
