Pls help me reduce caffeine intake

Missed bus by about ten seconds (probably the first time it's ever left punctually). Next bus isn't for 20 minutes. This sort of thing used to really get to me. "Think of all the work I could be doing!" etc. But like, it's no big deal, and honestly I think the decreased caffeine has helped with perspective for stuff like this.

Edited for Joseph's Clarity
I do hope your reading a book or news articles for those 20 minutes! Every minute counts, I mean one should always take advantage of increasing one's KNOWLEDGE :P

It can also be used to talk to people or in my case: Complaining about public transport. It serves great for my pent-up anger :).

Not sure I follow this post - I read daily!

Just had a caffeinated coffee, but have witnesses that I tried to order two alternatives prior, and then panicked when they had nothing else haha. Feeling good, though. If you told me 18 months ago that at this point I would have:
✅ Effectively given up caffeine
✅ Starting running again (even sporadically)
✅ Got in the car and started driving
I would have been pretty happy, so I'm proud of that progress.
