Exampro guides- order placed, no reply

Anyone experienced with Exampro guides ? does anyone has their phone number ?
I placed an order for Accounting 3&4 at their website, over a week ago, paypal acknowledged the payment, but havent heard from them.
I just noticed, no phone number in their website.

Your inquiry was received yesterday, and while we endeavour to respond within 1 business day, we apologise for not responding sooner. You should have received a confirmation from us, and an automated e-mail from our warehouse when they shipped the order with your tracking number.
