Hey guys how do you convert this into rcos(theta-alpha) form?

Actually I just taught this topic to my students last week. I am sure all my students understand how to solve this kind of questions. If someone out there is interested in coming to Balwyn to learn maths with me then welcome!

I wish you did. It's not part of the VCE syllabus, but it's EXTREMELY similar to solving for the polar form of a complex number.
