Having trouble including something in essay 🤔

Hi everyone!
Just a quick question - in my essay, I want to include a recent maritime deal that was signed between Aus and Indonesia that aims to combat drug trafficking, illegal fishing etc. as an example of cooperation between states in combatting international crime.

However, the problem is that there's no official 'name' for the agreement, so idk how to include it in my essay. Can I just simply say 'a recent agreement between Australia and Indonesia...' or should I include the media article it comes from and say 'according to this article a new agreement..' 🤔🤔

Yup I'll remember that - Hopefully it'll be a bit different from the others who mostly use the same type of cases in their essay

Oh as it turned out, international crime didn't appear in our half-yearlies so I didn't get to use it haha
