Nice to know it's the campus and movements/ values that makes you want to go there. The campus is pretty darn nice and the movements are nice to track sometimes. There are some things you notice, even if you're not involved.
I won't be able to give you full 100% guaranteed advice, but you could certainly ask on the Ask Monash University page and contact the uni themselves for help. My guess is that if you're in an approved school, you'll be potentially eligible for the Monash Guarantee. Might also want to look into residential colleges, if you're super keen. There are lots of Monashians on AN as well and there are a few who went on to do Eng/Comm at Monash e.g. Alwin. (Not so sure if they're active much as they're an older user.)

I also did Hospo last year and found the exam harder then I expected (I didn't remember the coffee plunger question at all). Did you complete your cert 2 in Hospitality?

I think the fact we were getting food whilst taking the exam was the only thing I was looking forward to ahaha.
