NEED HELP ASAP URGENT !!!!!!

Hello,

I have attached a file. I dont need help with question a. I need help with question b. One more thing, in question a and b it asks to discuss the key features of each of the two families of graphs can u please do that part for me in both questions.  In B, describe the route for which her travelling time will be least, i have no clue to what actually to do.  Furthermore, in B, when u have to sketch just wondering what would the domain and range be. Our school has a test which is basically the same as this. So im not sure how to awnser some of the broad questions. And Lastly, for a, i have a question which states "Comment on the relationship between time, distance and speed,". Like in this case, i have no idea what to actually write. The question is too broad and confusing. Pls reply asap urgent.
