If a lot of people end up failing the subject (I mean, >30%) or a large group of students are sitting around 45-49 then it is highly likely that the coordinator will scale the subject up. That being said, if there's also a large amount getting high H1s in the subject as well then, if scaling was to occur at all, it'd be pretty small.
BUT, from what I've heard about the Probability exam (my friends said it was AWFUL and are just praying for a pass), I'm sure it'll be scaled up so don't worry! :)

Might've been Foundations of Algorithms for this one, actually. GIM would've been the change this morning. Dreading Probability :(
