Un-answered threads

Hello

I have come across many times threads which are genuine/relatively straight forward questions which people have posted but haven't been answered even though its been like 1 month+.

I think there should be a button which says "un-answered questions" or something of the sort which allows a list of questions that haven't been answered. It oculd be placed ontop of the already existing links which read...

Show unread posts since last visit. <<<this one doesn't necessarily show threads according to date, so the old ones get lost at the bottom of list.
Show new replies to your posts.

Just a thoguht :)

I like it :)

But wouldn't it be ironic if no one replied to this thread :P
When I get sad, I stop being sad, and be AWESOME instead. True story.

There exists a plugin for SMF for 'bug reporting', basically you can report a bug with a status, and moderators set the status to 'resolved' or 'closed' afterwards, and you can see the list of unresolved issues.

We could implement that system to our needs, instead of 'bug reporting', we'll just have people asking questions. Just means we might have to up the number of mods, esp subject mods, who are responsible for checking status of questions and deciding when it's adequately answered. :)
