Does anyone know what WAM is required for a BCom first year student to successfully get onto the Dean's Honours list?  ??? Also, anyone knows about the distribution of wam at uni, like the % of students with a wam greater than or equal to 80? Thanks!

Melbourne

Ah! I went to Monash, so I'm not 100% on this one.

I've moved the thread into the Melbourne-specific board, though - hopefully somebody here can help. :)

not too sure but I've heard for first years it has usually been around 86 and for 2nd and 3rd years it is a little higher.

Deans list is top 3% so you can try to extrapolate this further to approximate the percentage above 80
