Guaranteed Entry Pathway

Hi all, I've got a question regarding the guaranteed pathway into the doctor of medicine. It states on the unimelb page that:

"Prerequisites must be satisfied. All students who commence their undergraduate degree at Melbourne after the 2016 intake will be required to pass on the first attempt any subject course pre-requisites taken at The University of Melbourne. Students who fail to achieve this, will not be guaranteed entry to the course."

Now, does this refer to those commencing their undergraduate degrees in 2017? or have I misread it to include those commencing their undergraduate degrees in 2016 also?

Its after 2016, and it is a guarentee for FFP not a CSP
