How to be productive on the school holidays ?

Hi I was wondering whether I should set up a revision timetable for these y12 2 week holidays. I am wanting to revise over all of U3 for all my subjects. What is the best way to schedule this in and in how much time should I be allocating. e.g. for business there are 3 areas of studies in one outcome, should I do an hour of revision for each area?

thank you

Others will have a better idea about how to do this, but make sure that you schedule in some time for yourself :)

Not exactly what you're asking for, but I personally found that I was way more productive if I didn't have a set schedule during the holidays and just 'went with the flow' with my studying. I just studied whatever I felt like and for however long I felt like, and took breaks when I didn't feel like studying. It was refreshing to have a break from the rigid, everyday structure I had for the past 10 or so weeks, and it gave me a clear head to study and prepare for the next term.

That's just how I worked though and it may not necessarily work for you - just my 2 cents. :)

Hey!
What I've done for this holidays is that:
- Write out a list of what I want to achieve (Eg. 3 AOS from busman) and holiday homework
-Bolded/highlighted priority so homework, subjects that you aren't as strong at
- At the start of everyday, write a to-do list of what you want to complete so for example.

TO DO LIST:
- 1st area of study for business
- Read 2 chapters of english book
- 2 exercises of maths

Be reasonable with the amount of things you do in a day. You don't want to burn yourself out. Holidays is time to rest too!!!

If you have any things that you didn't do, just leave it for the next day's to do. I wouldn't allocate time, rather just set myself small task to complete.
Graduated in 2018. Top 5%.

For me I find that. like others have already said, a loose to-do list spanning the two weeks is better than a strict schedule. I've made a 2 week planner where I cross of things I've done and move down things i have yet to do. This may not be an issue for you, but I can't study well at home. My most productive days have been at the local library; you can take a friend too, but make sure they are as keen on studying as you are! (also make sure you take only ONE friend bc any more than that you aren't gonna get much done). Also rather than setting a certain time that you should complete each outcome under, just have it as a goal spanning days, that way you can reconsolidate it each day thoroughly. Idk if this applies to you, but I found that last year for my 3/4 subjects being able to create my own questions according to study design, really ensured that I understood the material
hope this helps!
