I guess Bachelor of Business will be your best bet, since they are quite similar in terms of first year units. Do that, and apply for mid year transfers provided that you have a high enough WAM.
It's also quite important to do more research on this degree because it invites a lot of people who didn't do any business-related VCE subjects, and a lot of them actually abhor their studies :/ .
Networking and career hubs are generally very well maintained (not that I'm an expert in this I've only done 1 semester) and it really depends on how you manage your time balancing studies and activities outside of uni (work/clubs for example), and the last question is VERY subjective.
It depends on the person, but if you work hard enough you'll get a decent job after graduating, or even an internship while you study. It all depends on your effort, and willingness to learn (because you might end up doing the unexpected, eg. landing in a job where your uni knowledge won't help that much), and best of luck.
