Scientific poster advice

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on the unit 4 scientific poster for chemistry? Particularly when writing the discussion and methodology
Also do you need to put formulas on the poster? In what section? Do you need all formulas (like simple conversions from mL to g) or just chemistry ones?

(also if someone knew where to find a sample VCE one that would be great!)
